May 12, 2026 • Conference Attendance

A week ago, we attended and exhibited at the National Postal Forum in Phoenix, Arizona. We appreciate the invitation to showcase FSL’s services at the exhibit hall as well as attend symposium sessions.

Exhibiting was a highlight of our experience at the National Postal Forum. We met people across many industries that assist the United States Postal Service in their delivery services and operations. Along with networking opportunities, exhibiting allowed us to present our services as a 3PL to individual USPS shippers, many of whom showed a need for transportation services at their facilities. It was great to interact with attendees over those 2 days, and we hope to do so again in the future.

Transportation is a crucial component of the USPS supply chain. As a leading 3PL, we wanted to learn what USPS’s transportation needs entailed, including their standards, improvements, and expectations for their providers. We attended the Transportation Symposium across Monday May 4 and Tuesday May 5. At the sessions we heard from USPS leadership and experts. It was incredible to hear from such experienced and insightful speakers. Attending the symposium was an invaluable experience, especially as a first-time attendee of NPF.

The National Postal Forum was educational and informative for us at Full Sail Logistics. We gained important information on USPS’s needs and requirements for transportation providers that you can’t get anywhere else. By attending this conference, our dedication to 24/7 customer support, full visibility, 100% load tracking, and proactive communication is reinforced as not just an industry advantage but a requirement all transportation providers should meet. Thank you again to USPS for inviting us to exhibit and attend. It was an amazing few days in Phoenix!
