Service doesn’t just stop at transportation for us at Full Sail Logistics. We extend service to those in our community, too. Yesterday we did just that as our Denver team volunteered at the Food Bank of the Rockies.

Our day was spent at the warehouse, where we were in charge of packing food to be distributed among the community. Members of our team did some heavy lifting, filling 15 pallets of onions, weighing a hefty 13,950 lbs. Meanwhile, other team members inspected and packed grapefruits, totaling 150 boxes at 3,750 lbs.

Overall, our team was responsible for packing the equivalent of 14,750 meals! In just a 3 hour shift, we were able to make an important contribution toward hunger-relief in the Rockies.

We want to say thank you to the Food Bank of the Rockies for having us yesterday. Everyone at the organization was so kind and helpful. We wish them continued success in their mission to relieve hunger in Colorado and Wyoming.
